<interpretation><note><![CDATA[<p>Commentaire de Patrick Rebollar (2014-08-24 23:54:31)</p> <p>Notice Moreau : Cette pièce doit être de juillet 1648. Un arrêt du conseil, 27 janvier 1648, avait ordonné l'exécution d'un édit de Henri II (1548), par lequel il était défendu de bâtir dans les faubourgs de Paris, sous peine de confiscation des matériaux. Il avait substitué une amende à la confiscation. C'est en vertu de cet arrêt qu'on toisait les maisons nouvelles. Les requérants disent que l'édit était tombé en désuétude, et que tenter de lever un impôt par arrêt du conseil, c'est violer les libertés du peuple. « Il faut lettres patentes et vérification. » La "Remontrance" est écrite avec une grande liberté.</p>]]></note></interpretation>
